All Out Life

In order to prevent damage caused by anti-social forces, which are groups or individuals who pursue economic gain by making full use of violence, force, and fraudulent methods, our company has established and declares the following basic policy.

1. We will respond to anti-social forces as an organization as a whole and ensure the safety of employees who deal with anti-social forces.
2. We will always build close cooperative relationships with external specialized organizations such as the police, the Center for the Elimination of Violence, lawyers, and the Japan Securities Dealers Association.
3. We will cut off all relationships, including business relationships, with anti-social forces.
4. We will refuse any unreasonable demands made by anti-social forces and resolutely take legal action from both civil and criminal standpoints.
5. We will never engage in backroom deals or provide funds to antisocial forces.
