About the Financial ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) System

January 2016

The financial ADR system is a system that allows troubles related to financial products and services to be resolved simply and quickly by means other than court proceedings.

The Securities and Financial Products Mediation Consultation Center (abbreviation: FINMAC) is an organization that accepts consultations and complaints about problems related to financial product transactions and attempts to resolve them from a fair and neutral standpoint. FINMAC has been designated by the Commissioner of the Financial Services Agency as a designated dispute resolution organization pursuant to Article 156-39, Paragraph 1 of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act. We also operate a mediation system for dispute resolution by neutral and fair experts (dispute resolution committee members such as lawyers) in cases where the user is not satisfied with consultation or complaint handling.

To resolve complaints or problems with our company, you can use a designated dispute resolution organization.
